Position: Office Administrator

Position Overview

Millennium Research Group (MRG), a Decision Resources Group company, offers best-in-class, high-value information and insights on important sectors of the medical device industry. The DRG family comprises of companies across the world that collects, analyses, and interprets information to provide insight across the healthcare industry.

As the Office Administrator, you will provide outstanding internal and external service and support, promoting a positive and professional company image. Your main tasks will involve general office administration and finance duties.

Primary Responsibilities

General office administration tasks include:

  • Reception/greeting visitors and clients
  • Answering the main company phone line
  • Assisting with office functions such as:
    • Filing, organizing, and tracking documents
    • Processing orders and product fulfillment (using online platform)
    • Distributing mail, both internally and externally
    • Managing office supplies
    • Booking all travel arrangements
    • Coordinating meetings & training
Finance tasks include:
  • Assisting the Financial Controller
  • Processing financial transactions
  • Preparing schedules on cost details
  • Other responsibilities as assigned


    • College diploma with a proven record of academic success (any discipline), undergraduate degree preferred
    • Prior experience in a similar role preferred
    • Superior oral and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
    • Positive, professional and can-do attitude
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Previous accounting and finance experience an asset
    • Experience with accounting software an asset
